Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of our garments are on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is placed we do not offer any exchange or returns. Since all our products are handcrafted there may be minor variation in the final product as compared to the images shown on the website. Please consider this as a part of the creative process.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept order cancellation requests by the user once the order is placed. In case you want to make any minor changes to your order, you can inform us about the same within six hours of placing the order. If possible, we will try to accommodate the required changes upon receiving the request within the six hour period. Due to the non-availability of the product or because of any unavoidable reason, we may refuse and cancel orders, placed by the customer. In such a case, we will refund your amount at the earliest. The payment gateways may take up to 30 working days to credit the respective amount to the customer's account.
For international orders, in case the amount cannot be refunded, store credit of the same amount will be provided to the customer.
